Information and Etiquette
- If you are pregnant please

- If you
have any health concerns, consult your doctor. Be sure to inform
the instructor before class if you have any concerns or injuries.
- Yoga classes begin promptly. Please arrive at least 15
minutes early to sign in and change. Doors will be locked
during class.
- Come
on an empty stomach or eat lightly 2 - 3 hours prior to your
practice and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Yoga mats, large bathtowels and proper attire are mandatory.
Mats are available for rent or sale as well as towles for rent.
Bring 1 towel for your practice and another towel for after.
Showers are available.
- Please be silent in the yoga room. Refrain from loud volume
conversation outside of class as others may be in meditation.
- Refrain from wearing perfume or scented oils in class, as people
may have allergies.
- If you have any conditions of the feet (fungus, planters warts,
etc.) please have them treated immediately as many are contagious.
Be sure to have them dressed or covered.
- Please turn off cell phones and beepers while in the studio.
- Classes are 90 mintes, allow at least 15 minutes for relaxation
and changing after class.
- Be prepared to sweat!
